Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, Returns & Damages

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately at support@wabiv.com with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your full name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Q: What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Wabiv piece, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email support@wabiv.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for return.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges (see exchange policy below).
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or other customer error, we will charge a re-shipping fee before sending it again, or deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from wabiv.com.

Q: Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an item for a refund and place a new order. If you need assistance finding the right product, please contact us at support@wabiv.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@wabiv.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Q: What if my package is lost?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it remains missing, contact us within 14 days. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your destination country, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We are unable to predict or control these fees, and they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus any shipping costs incurred. We do not refund original shipping charges in such cases.

Shipping Times & Delays

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
